Hello, I'm Pamela.

believe therapy can be a joyous, fulfilling experience — a place where discomfort becomes doorway, and change becomes yours.

I am licensed as an LPC with advanced training in EMDR, somatic experiencing, and psychodynamic therapy. I find it the most effective way to loosen the locks that bind us in ineffective, unsustainable patterns.

Every client arrives with a unique set of circumstances, history, and goals. I tailor my therapeutic approach specifically to you, blending evidence-based techniques with deep compassion so what emerges on the other side is unmistakably yours.
